个人简介


   

孟雷,教授、博导,2020年起就职于山东大学软件学院,入选齐鲁青年学者(第一层次)。2010年于山东大学获得工学学士学位,2015年于新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)计算机科学与工程学院获得博士学位,导师Ah-Hwee Tan教授。2015年就职于Joint NTU-UBC Research Center of Excellence in Active Living for the Elderly (LILY),合作导师为南洋理工大学苗春燕教授和英属哥伦比亚大学Cyril Leung教授。2018年就职于NUS-Tsinghua-Southampton Centre for Extreme Search (NExT++),合作导师为新加坡国立大学Tat-Seng Chua教授。
      长期从事面向复杂多媒体大数据分析的机器学习理论与技术研究,重点开展多媒体聚类、知识挖掘、内容识别与检索等方面的研究工作,取得一批有国际影响的创新成果,其中一些研究成果填补了领域空白。 目前研究聚焦在自适应谐振原理(ART)、深度学习及其在多媒体、数据挖掘、健康领域的人工智能应用,包括以下方向: 1. 面向大数据分析的ART聚类算法。 ① 参数自适应算法。 ② 多模态融合算法。 ③半/自监督学习算法。 ④终生学习算法。 2. 面向社交媒体分析的深度学习模型 ①多模态融合的饮食识别与推荐算法。 ②小样本学习的对抗迁移学习和元学习算法。 ③面向特权信息嵌入的图神经网络和知识图谱。 ④不平衡数据学习。 3. 基于跨模态推理的可解释深度学习框架。 4. 基于多源多模态数据的视频/动画内容分析与生成。
      在Springer出版英文专著一部,在TKDE、TCYB 、TMM、TNNLS、Neural Networks、MM、AAAI等中科院一区SCI期刊和CCF A类学术会议上发表学术论文二十余篇,获得国际发明专利2项,以负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项。担任Applied Soft Computing期刊的编委, 担任MM、SIGIR、KDD、ICDM、SDM以及TNNLS等会议和期刊的审稿人和程序/技术委员会成员,是国际神经网络协会(INNS), 电子与电气工程师协会(IEEE)以及人工智能促进协会(AAAI)的会员。
